With this notice, we aim to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, legal grounds, collection methods, to whom such data may be transferred, and your rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Data Controller and Categories of Personal Data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the data controller, <strong>Bilimsel Hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k<\/strong> may collect and process your personal data within categories including identity information, contact information, transaction security information, and other data that may be included in your messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Methods of Collection of Personal Data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your personal data are collected by <strong>Bilimsel Hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k<\/strong> in written and electronic form, either based on your explicit consent or due to legal obligations. Such data may be obtained through the contact form on our website, messaging channels, phone calls, or services provided directly to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Purposes of Processing Personal Data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The personal data we collect are processed for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reviewing and assessing the messages you submit via the contact form,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responding to your requests and complaints,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meeting your requests for information regarding our services,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrying out communication activities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring requests\/complaints and managing service processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Transfer of Personal Data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, group companies, legally authorized public institutions, and private persons, provided that your explicit consent is obtained or in accordance with the conditions set forth under Law No. 6698.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, your personal data may be transferred domestically and abroad, with the necessary security measures in place, for the purpose of conducting company operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Source and Legal Basis<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your personal data are processed based on your explicit consent and on the legal ground stated in Article 5\/2(f) of KVKK, namely \u201cprocessing of data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.\u201d Furthermore, such data are collected for compliance with legal obligations and for the improvement of internal company operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Application Procedure and Principles<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may submit your requests regarding your rights specified in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 via the communication channels provided at the end of this notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your applications will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rights of the Data Subject<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pursuant to Law No. 6698, you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed, request correction, deletion or destruction of your personal data.
