INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
KVKK: Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as identity details, address, telephone number, e-mail address, ID number, driver’s license number, passport number, etc.
Protection of Personal Data: The protection of any information that enables the identification of a natural person, whether directly or indirectly.
As Bilimsel Hayvancılık, we attach importance to the security of your personal data and process your personal data within the framework of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) as described below. With this notice, we aim to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, legal grounds, collection methods, to whom such data may be transferred, and your rights.
As the data controller, Bilimsel Hayvancılık may collect and process your personal data within categories including identity information, contact information, transaction security information, and other data that may be included in your messages.

Your applications will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Pursuant to Law No. 6698, you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed, request correction, deletion or destruction of your personal data. You also have the right to inquire whether processing is in line with its purpose and to learn the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred.
