MEAT AND MILK PRODUCTION
At our farm, we produce fresh milk every day from our cattle raised on fully natural feed. The health and welfare of our animals are our top priorities. Therefore, every stage from milking to the cold chain is monitored and controlled using modern technologies.
Before each milking session, the equipment and milking units are sterilized through automatic washing systems. Udder health is regularly monitored under veterinary supervision, and hygiene protocols are strictly followed during the milking process. Once milking is completed, the milk is transferred within minutes to cooling tanks through a closed system and is dispatched daily without interrupting the cold chain.
Milk samples are analyzed at regular intervals to ensure that bacterial load, hygiene levels, and overall quality values remain under control. As a result, the milk delivered to consumers is offered in its freshest form natural, safe, and reliable.
In meat production, quality, hygiene, and sustainability are essential principles. Thanks to the feed crops we cultivate ourselves, we ensure that our animals are nourished in a healthy and balanced way, enabling us to obtain higher-quality meat and milk.
Our feeding program is carefully planned by expert agricultural engineers and veterinarians to support high-efficiency milk and meat production. Alfalfa and corn silage produced in our own fields meets our animals’ primary feed requirements in a natural and controlled manner.
